Add your Airbnb listing and the private iCal export link from your booking platform or PMS. We check the calendar for conflicts while you remain in control of which available dates to donate.
The Marpeh process
One thoughtful system, from donated dates to confirmed stays.
Homes remain pending until Marpeh Homes reviews them. A stay is requested by a family or organization, approved by the homeowner, and confirmed after final details are coordinated.
Connect the home
Submit an Airbnb listing, a private iCal feed from your PMS, your full address and the dates you want to donate. Home details are imported from Airbnb.
Review the request
Marpeh Homes screens applications, then the homeowner approves or declines the proposed stay.
Confirm the stay
Marpeh Homes coordinates dates, required fees, and final confirmation with the guest or referring organization.
Simple payment routing
Every home can choose the right arrangement.
Fee structure Guests or referring organizations cover the cleaning fee plus a 20% Marpeh Homes support fee. The homeowner decides whether to retain or donate the base cleaning fee.
